I pulled Change from the Soul Trees Oracle for December.

How do you interpret this card for your month? What’s your relationship to change? Avoidance, excitement, openness, resistance, welcoming?

If you’re serious about change you’ll find a way. If you’re not, you’ll find an excuse. - Jen Sincero

Consider preparing now for the changes you would like to create in 2024. Are you ready to show up with openness to opportunities for change? What would support and inspire you to show up for yourself throughout the month ahead?

If we don’t change, we don’t grow. If we don’t grow, we aren’t really living. - Gail Sheehy

Cards for the week! Are you aware of a new path emerging for yourself? What does that look like for you now? Are you excited, open and Allowing this path to unfold and emerge or resisting the change?

This is a time of change and transformation for many people. Check in and see how you are participating in welcoming or resisting a personal shift, acknowledge and find ways to move through fears as they will surely surface. When they do, ask yourself, what is this showing me now? What is this teaching me? How am I changing? Allow and honor new information, self-awareness and insights to also emerge along this new path.

Card for the week - The third chakra is our power center, located at the naval. This chakra must be open and balanced to support us in feeling confident, purposeful, resilient, and setting boundaries when we need to. When it is not balanced we feel more fearful, anxious, insecure and have trouble standing up for ourselves. Intuitively, do you feel this chakra is balanced and supporting you well or in need of attention?

Spending time out in nature, working with yellow crystals, meditation, specific yoga poses, the sound/mantra “oh”, having new experiences, can all help rebalance the third chakra.

As we rise to meet the challenges that are a natural part of living, we awaken to our many undiscovered gifts, to our inner power and our purpose. - Susan L. Taylor
